GRP Lining

Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP) lining is a coating solution where a resin system is reinforced with lengths of fibreglass, either short 3mm lengths or long or continuous reinforcement. The coating is thereby strengthened by the fibreglass. GRP lining is a high-performance solution for any lining project.

1. Application area shall be inspected by our specialist from the manufacturers office and confirm acceptance of work for application of the GRP Work.
2. Make sure substrate is free of dust and debris.
3. Surface preparation and cleaning with brush and blower.
4. Surface preparation with grinding.
5. Supply & apply of Fiber Glass resin (First Coat).
6. Supply & fix Fiber mesh (First Coat).
7. Supply & apply of Fiber Glass Resin (Second Coat).
8. Supply & fix Fiber mesh (2nd Coat).
9. Supply & apply two Gel coat.
10. Final inspection shall be carried out.
